The sweet & fleshy products of a tree or other plant that contains seed & can be eaten as food are fruits.
Fruits are important source of vitamins & carbohydrates like fibre
& sugar. They are low in calories and naturally sweet (generally).
Different fruits contain different types of vitamin & minerals so it
is important to eat variety of fruits.
1)Banana
Banana is not a fruit in reality, it is a herb. Because bananas are easy
to digest and are very nutritious they are first fruit offered to
babies. Banana can help you to lose weight, reduce bloat fight against
cancer, work as an instant energy booster.
2)Tomato
Tomatoes are a fruit not a vegetable. Tomato are the most popular fruit
in the world. It is full of nutrients & antioxidants and are rich
