Amazing facts about fruits & its benefits.

The sweet & fleshy products of a tree or other plant that contains seed & can be eaten as food are fruits.
Fruits are important source of vitamins & carbohydrates like fibre & sugar. They are low in calories and naturally sweet (generally). Different fruits contain different types of vitamin & minerals so it is important to eat variety of fruits.

1)Banana

Banana is not a fruit in reality, it is a herb. Because bananas are easy to digest and are very nutritious they are first fruit offered to babies. Banana can help you to lose weight, reduce bloat fight against cancer, work as an instant energy booster. 

2)Tomato

Tomatoes are a fruit not a vegetable. Tomato are the most popular fruit in the world. It is full of nutrients & antioxidants and are rich sources of vitamin A, vitamin C, & folic acid. As the proportion of tomatoes increases in diet risk of heart diseases, diabetes, and cancer goes down. 

3)strawberry 

An average strawberry has around 200 seeds. Strawberries are a sodium free, fat free, cholesterol free, low calorie food. It is also good source of maganese, potassium & antioxidant. 

4)cashews

Strawberries & cashews are the only fruits that have their seeds on the outside unlike all other fruits which have their seeds inside. Cashews are high in calories, rich in heart friendly, and abundant source of minerals especially potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, & selenium are concentrated in cashews. 

5)orange 

An orange's vitamin C content helps fight back assaults from viruses and germs, cold & fatigue. Orange have ability to boost immune system, glow the skin, & prevent the skins from germs, maintain cholesterol, digestion & weight loss. It is rich in sources of vitamin C, vitamin A & potassium. 

6)Apple 

There are over 7000 different types of apples grown all over the world. Apple are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids and dietary fibers. Eating apples is associated with a lower the risk of heart diseases, stroke, diabetes, and brain health.

The bark of the papaya tree is often used to make rope. A small papaya contains 300% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin C. Papaya have ability to prevent asthma, age related macular degeneration, boost immune system, great for vision of eyes, helps to menstrual pain, & prevents sign of ageing. 

8)watermelon

Watermelon contains 92%water about 6% of a watermelon is sugar. Watermelon is cool & refreshing food so mainly used in summer. Watermelon has ability to prevent kidney disorderness, high blood pressure control, prevention of cancer, diabetes, heart diseases & heart stroke. It is rich in source of vitamin C, calcium, fiber, protein, and very large amount of potassium.

9)Grapes

Grapes are fruit of a woody grape vine. About 71% of grapes are used in wine,27% are used as fresh fruit, and 2% are used as dried fruits. Grapes have ability to treat constipation, in digestion, fatigue, kidney disorder, macular degeneration, & the prevention of cataracts. It is rich in sources of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, essential minerals. 

10)Blackberry 

Blackberry juice was used to dye cloth navy blue & indigo. Blackberry have ability to improve digestive health, strengthened immune system, health functioning of heart, prevention of cancer, relief from endothelial dysfunction, weight management, healthy skin, improve vision, diseases free eyes & normal blood clotting.

11)pineapples
